A Letter to my Son

My Dearest Son,
I hope to share the enduring wisdom that guides my soul as you embark on a life without a father.May these words be a compass, helpingyou navigate the inevitable challenges of life with courage and integrity.
Pleae remember that virtue is the only good. True fulfillmet lies not in power, wealth or pleasure, but in wisdom, jstice, courage, and gtemperance.  These are your pillars.
You cannot control the actions of others, nor the turn of events, but you can control your response.  Let your reason be your guide, not fleeting emotions.
Live in accordance with nature.  Understand youor role in the world.  Serve humanity at all times in. your actions. Be an honorable man, a true gentleman.
All things, good and bad, are temporary. Fame, fortune, even life itself, are but leaves in the wind.  Act well in the present moment, embrace the fact that it's all part of the Lords plan.
Cultivate a calm, collected mind.  When troubles arise, remember the strength found in your own spirit.
Acceptance is a beautiful thing.  Wehn faced with hardship, ask, "Is this within my control?" If not, accept it and act virtously, for suffering always offers the greatest lessons.
I hope that you find tranquility, wisdom, and purpose in your days.  Your true self, Fletcher, is your greatest legacy.
I have an unending love and hope for you. Your spirit is grand, go use it for good.
-Your mother
